How young can bun be neutered?

Yeah, it's when their plums drop, which can be as young as 12 weeks for some. Best bet is to take them to the vets, and they can let you know :wave:
 
Boys can be done from about 12 weeks onwards, usually you wait until the plums have dropped, but some vets remove them before that.

Girls can be neutered from about 4 to 5 months onwards. They should have reached a certain weight first, otherwise the anaesthetic can be quite risky.
 
Some boys can be done earlier however, if their plums do drop.

It's been known for some to be done as young as 8-9 weeks.
 
Thanks a lot guys, my boy is going in for a pre opp check on Monday and if all's ok he's going to be 'done' that day! One plumb is visiable and I'm sure the other isn't far behind :D Poor beauty as I'm going to feel very guilty when I leave him there - but I know it's for his own good :wave:
