She has been on antibiotics for a couple of weeks due to a lump on the side of her neck. It is now red, angry and infected so the vet has decided it needs to be removed. 
She can feel right round the back of it and is hopeful it will come out easily.
We will know once it is out exactly what it is and how we need to proceed.
