I think Buckley's snuffles has returned

It's only been 2 weeks since the vet gave him the all clear

It's also only been 1 week since his myxi jab. But the vet didn't give me anything as record of vaccination e.g. a sticker in his book showing batch number... is this unusual?

Sometimes they forget to put it in the book. Its fine as they will have a record anyway. Pop Buckley back to the vets to get more antibiotics.
