Alibunmum
Wise Old Thumper
Two of my current foster buns are 14 wk old babies. They are living in a dog crate in the living room because we are trying to socialise them - they haven't had any handling.
Anyway, they are constantly pulling up towels and fleeces I have lined their crate with. They have a black storage crate that they spend most of their time in which is lined with megazorb then has loads of hay.
I have replaced the towels with a foam mat which is 12mm thick. I have not put anything on top of the mat and am wondering if this is ok. They don't actually spend a lot of time in the open end of the crate and always snuggle together int their box.
