How do you dry roughage in the oven?

How do you dry things like dandelions in the oven? Is there a specific temp or method or just bung it on a baking tray and take it out when it looks crispy?

Spread out on a baking sheet at 50 degrees C (so very cool oven) and bake until fully dry/crispy (couple of hours) but not to point of turning black or so dry that leaves just crumble. Important to remove all water content to prevent mould growth. Allow to cool properly then bag in brown paper/cardboard box separated in layers with newspaper.

Or hang in greenhouse on a line or in airing cupboard for about 2-3 days - week :wave:
