Can I seperate them over night?

Following on from this

would it be okay to kepp them seperated over night? they will still be able to see and touch each other through a mental pen/fence thing like this?



Matilda will have the indoor cage and the pen area, and the baby will stay out in the ain bit of the room, OR should I put baby in the indoor cage and shut it, and let Matilda just have the pen area??

I'm worried that seperating them at night means baby won't get fed, tho it eats pellets and veg quite happily, and ive sometimes seen it feed during the day!

Given what you've already said, if you separate them, then its likely you won't be able to get them back together. You need to really consider if that's right before doing it.

they have been together this evening, and been okay! i might just give them afew mins apart every hour or so, but then keep them together, also going to make sure i ware them out before bed, so matilda sleeps!:lol:

will see how it goes tonite!
