FOUND IN HAROLD HILL. Pls message me if he is yours! He was matted and has bite marks around neck. At the moment he's scared and lunging and biting. He will calm down once used to handling again.

I haven't seen him, but have been told at first was lunging at people

It sounds like a lucky escape from a predator.
So I am hoping the rescue can find his owners.
