How old are they ?

I assume you have separated them ?

what you should expect are nest building and babies and if you haven't separated the male and female you should expect more baby rabbits approximately 4 weeks after the first litter!

Separate them, if you haven't already.
And if its recently you might be able to get her an emergency spay? If you don't want the babies that is.

I think an emergency spay would be best, especially if she is young.
