playhouses

Im wanting to get a playhouse for my 2buns a nethie and dwarf lop, what size would u recommend, they currently free range in the bedroom but we are getting the room done out so they are going to move outside, i already have a 10x6 run to attach, i dont want a shed as we already have one and his parents (who we live with) dont want another in their garden, the bigger the better can you please post some links to ideal playhouses as im pretty bad at finding decent ones at reasonable price.

Sorry, meant to add a few words!!!! Chose that one because it is one of the tallest (5 ft 8) and has a overhang at front to keep rain off door. I have insulated and clad ittoo. (not m oved buns in yet as I have a few other things to do first to stop chewing)
