dont know what to do got stressed out bunnies form trying to worm them

Ive just been given a 28 day course for worming my 2 bunnies, the 1st day i managed to do it, i dont know how i was shaking like a leaf after, when i tried to do it yesterday I managed to give it to Bunty but was much harder than the day before but Barney was not having it i tried 3 times to wrap in towel but he was so scared and nervous he struggled out and was so stressed by the situation as was i that i gave up i had lots of feet thumping and not a happy bunny at all he was really stressed and i was worried i might have harmed him, I went in this morning and he was still in a grump with me. I dont know weather to leave worming him as i cant manage 2 days let alone 28 days. Do you have to worm the rabbits i was so upset yesterday and felt useless i m not sure what to do:cry:
 
This is what put me off worming my two as they would be exactly the same. Although lately I've have had really good results with putting their fibre plex paste in a basil leaf (a very small amount of paste for the first couple of days so they get used to it) for each of them and they gobble it up with no problems so now I'm tempted to try them with a wormer again using the leaf method. I'm sure they will forgive you and soon be back to normal :wave:
