Hay for Pets

My order of rye grass and timothy hay 9.5kg just arrived, but it smells, feels wet? and did I mention it stinks! Im a bit annoyed as it cost £15 and I dont have loads of money. I think its got to hot in the plastic bag so I opened it and put it out in the fresh air, I assume bunnies can't have it? Any advice?

biscandmatt1 had a similar problem and he just replaced it

Just air it, remember its been in a cold warehouse overnight, then a hot van all day (its warm today) so its probably sweat a lot.

Air it in the big bag the smaller one comes in :wave: and see how you get on.

So just leave it in the fresh air like Im doing?
