Hi all! I am in the process of changing Casper & Charlie over from SS to Oxbow Bunny Basics pellets, am on week 3 of changeover so 3/4 BB and 1/4 SS. My question is: I have been giving them two eggcupfulls of pellets each day, but the last couple of days they have been leaving some of them. They seem to not need as much as I am giving them. IN that case should I cut them down a bit, was thinking of maybe 1 1/2 eggcupfulls?
Im not sure how much you should be on eggcup wise but you will find that they need so much less of pellet food as they don't pick and it seems to fill them up a whole lot more.
So as long as they are eating the pellets and just wasting some then cutting back a bit should be fine
