I have 9 pets (3 cats, 3 hammys, 2 buns and a bird), my friend has 6 (3 pigs, 2 rats and a tortoise!)

Sadly 2 hammys will be leaving me within the next month or two and one of the cats will more than likely follow soon after

He's stunning! I can't help but think that his beak is ever so slightly overgrown. Cuttlefish should sort that out though.
I love Tortoises. Neither of mine that I have had and have ever hiss but then again they are/were both female

He has cuttlefish and everything he's meant to have. I'll mention it to her though, I know she takes him to get his nails trimmed by a reptile expert or something so she can mention it and see what they say

Yeah; I know it's easily fixed but can cause discomfort if it overgrows too much
. Always good to have an awesome specialist. We have Holly House here and they are just superb.

I'm not overly into tortoises so don't know a load about them, just the little basics! I know how to hold him and that's about as involved with him as I am :lol:

Jaysmonkey, do you go to the Holly house in Leeds? I always take my tortoises to see Sarah Brown and she is fantastic.
About the overgrown beak, I tend to get mine clipped at the vets, since they will never touch cuttlefish :roll:
