Just thinking about all the sad, upsetting, cruel stories and images we see. And then realising how much rabbit welfare has improved in recent decades.
Reading the lovely stories on RU about bunnies and their owners, gladdens the heart.
We all do our very best for these endearing little animals, and that is something we must remember even when the going gets tough.
The care and love shown, is a far cry from say the 1950's. Of course there were people then who really cared................ and thankfully even more people do nowadays!!!!
I think we ALL deserve a HUGE pat on the back for our love, dedication and
genuine determination to make things better for our wonderful rabbits.
We are heading in the right direction, slow and steady.
