Are apple twigs with buds ok?

I asked a work colleague to bring me some twigs off her apple tree, and she happily obliged, but I just wanted to check that it's ok to give bunnies twigs with new buds on the end? :wave:

Im wondering the same thing, i have an apple tree and would like to know too :wave:
