Mama Doe
Millie has just been diagnosed with discospondylitis and I would like some advice.
Millie's age is unknown but we guess about 7 years old if not older. She is mobile but her hind left leg has stopped doing very much over the past few weeks (both hind legs have been weak since we got her about a year ago).
Over the past few months she has had various occasions of been extremely wet but antibiotics have cleared this up. There effect seems now to be limited.
Is there anything I can (exercises ect) to help with the deterioration.
I was going to try and bond her and her female friend into another group so they could be free from their hutch 24 hours a day. Should I abort this?
They have met on several occasions and Millie has been the one to take control.
Any advice welcome.
