Is is ok to use on sore hocks?

I know Sudocrem helpd, but I have some Bepanthem in already

I have used it on bunnies before but not for sore hocks. I didn't like it as much as sudocrem, its a bit greasy :?

From my knowledge as a mum and nappy rash! Sudocrem will soothe and treat the existing redness. Bepanthen also does this but also makes a barrier against more moisture entering the sore area and therefore will help it heal more quickly.
