He has been well fed/exercised but generally ignored so doesn't like being picked up..and he runs very quickly

Mine behave a little like him and run very fast when they think im going to pick them up! :lol:
 
He's gorgeous! :love::love::love: He sounds a bit like my Spenser - hates being picked up and moves very fast. I'm hoping neutering might help with this.
 
Aww :love: he looks very similar to my Charlie, he also doesnt like being picked up, and was also given to us as he didnt get much attention, but was a well looked after bun still
