Scandinavian white wood playhouse

blackspots

Warren Scout
:wave:Hello

I am considering buying a playhouse off Ebay for my buns. The seller has informed me it is made from Scandinavian white wood. Does anyone know if this is a lesser quality wood than other playhouses? I googled it and only came up with one search that said it is fine as long as it is preserved well just like any other outdoor wood.

I found this on google

Whitewood, Scandinavian
Product Type: Softwood
Density: 470 kg/m3
Colour: Pale Yellow Brown
Durability: Non-durable
Permeability: Resistant
Origin: Northern Europe
Species Name: Picea abies P.excelsa
Environmental: In Scandinavia, two trees are planted for each tree which is felled.
Notes: In the UK, the commercial term Whitewood generally refers to wood from the European Spruce tree

Don't know if it helps?
