Vet recommendation needed, Alsager (near Crewe/Stoke)

Hi,
It's been suggested someone might know of a vet near me who's tuned into rabbits? Not sure ours is, and rabbits are so good at pretending to be ok when they're not...
Many thanks in advance

There is a chap at the RSPCA Vet Centre near Crewe that is very good with bunnies. Can't remember his name. My friend uses him for her foursome.

Just a little further...Birch Heath Vets at Tarporley (nr.Nantwich)are bunny specialists and take referrals from all over the north west.

There is one by Nantwich/Northwich (not sure which one) that Capel uses, if you PM her she will let you know. I think it is a hospital if that helps. She has also used Birch in Tarporley and they are good.

There is a vet hospital in Nantwich, that's probably it, thank you. Will try them first as closer than Tarporley, then will try there next if no joy. Thanks very much:)

Have just gotten a recommendation from my friend and it is

Sebastian Daly and the practice is Pool Farm in Betley, Cheshire.

Thanks Duchess, that's really handy as Betley is only 10 mins away, thanks very much!

No worries.

My friend Nathania adopted bunnies from me and I know she is pretty hot on what's good and what's not so I hope that he'll be a great place to start. She's had a number of health issues as her bunnies were from an overbreeding situation and prone to health issues. She's had to get treatment for EC and it was handled very well.

Good luck

Helen

Hi all,
Just to let you know that I have rung all those vets and most said they don't specialise in rabbits or have any particular expertise, they just see rabbits as part of their normal workload but don't claim to know any more about them than the average small animal vet :( Only Birch Heath at Tarporley said they have vets who do, but I wanted help with fighting and the receptionist asked a vet while I was on the phone, who said it's very unlikely I'll be able to get my newly-hostile brothers to bond again, so I didn't make an appointment to see them. Thanks for all the ideas though, thought you might be interested in what the vets (or at least their receptionists) said about rabbits. Recommendations for bonding experts, by any chance? :?

Have they been neutered?
How long have they been together?
How old are they?
