I ordered some things from them last tuesday evening and got my stuff on friday morning.

Were the goods in stock, when you ordered, as that makes a difference. I ordered Saturday and Im expecting soon as Im short on Orchard. They usually deliver 2 - 5 days.

I usually get an email telling me when the courier is going to deliver and they're always bang on time.

Depends how they are sending your order. If its by courier you should receive an email telling you the day. If by royal mail then poss a few days. Why don't you send them an email and ask - they're very friendly.
