Its for his head tilt, he's on antibiotics and panacur too. Its 1ml of metacam, I've been through that on another thread because I thought it was a lot, but its apparently ok! :?
 
Awh, I can see the head tilt now i have looked again, I just thought it was the way he liked to take his metacam.
