Starsky belongs to the daught of one of my mum's friends. The daughter had to move house due to a relationship breakup and they do not allow pets. The mum was going to keep him, but their dogs are not taking kindly to a rabbit and the terrier in particular is being problematical, so she needs to rehome him.
He's nearly two and very much an intact male (proudly showing me all his bits when I was there). He's pretty big (by my standards) and has the most beautiful aeroplane ears. His weight is 5kg.
He's very, very interested in everything and very much loved a cuddle. He used to be a house bunny, but now lives in the greenhouse. He will need some severe bunny proofing if he goes indoors.
He does currently have lice, as I discovered today, so they will get him treated and vaccinated before he goes anywhere.
I'm going to start a search for finding him a good home (starting with contacting SOAD shortly to get him on the RIN forum).
If anyone is interested, please e-mail me on therabbitlady@googlemail.com
Here he is. If I had space he would be here in a shot. He's gorgeous!
