I've been thinking.......

This afternoon the vet asked me if Milo has been chewing or eating anything that could have caused his current condition. At the time I couldn't think of anything but when we got home I realised that I gave him this (https://www.thehayexperts.co.uk/Tunnels,+Tents+%2526+Mats.8/Chill+n+Snooze+Bed.455.html) on christmas eve and he has been eating and destroying it ever since. Could this have cause the stasis? I have taken it out of his cage for now.

It's impossible to say for sure, as Milo may be have a more sensitive digestive system, but Alfie and Bubbles have had a couple of those beds (and the chill and chew mats, which are made from the same thing I believe .... is it water hyacinth?) and generally eat the lot over a few days/weeks with no ill effects.
