Following being exhausted after the gym yesterday we thought something a bit less cardiovascular would be better so we went for a walk up moel famau. It was a bit icey at the very top but the rest was ok - we took the gentle route along with some old people and toddlers!!
On the way back down we walked past this field which people had obviously been sledging down :shock:
Sadly the coloured bits you can see in the field are discarded sledges
