Well neither of mine have carrots-eric's scared and they give es squidgy poop so from your list, I deduce it could be basil or parsley as those are eaten occasionally and both have orange wee occasionally .
I think the Oxbow timothy hay used to be a culprit with my bunnies... Their wee was always orange, unless they ate green oat hay, where it went yellow.
