Praise for VetUk

I brought a snugglesafe a few weeks ago but it has got a hole in and the stuff keeps oozing out. I emailed them 2 days aho and explained I dont want to return it as I use it every day (with electrical tape over the hole) and with the temperatures I need it.

They have sent me a brand new one special delivery and a freepost envelope to return the broken one it. Excellent customer service!

yes I have to say the service from vet uk is brilliant,always very quick service.

i use these ..they are very good ... good prices too

Don't use one that is leaking even with tape on it :shock:
