Is streptocare dangerous if ingested by bunny?

After reading the "injecting with depocillin" thread i am wondering if streptocare would have the same effect if ingested.
I am injecting my bunny with this after having an abscess removed, but I didnt get the needle in properly and it went on his fur, could this harm his friend?

It has the same potential to cause serious problems if ingested.

When did the mishap occur ?

A couple of hours ago.
Lucky my buns dont particularly groom each other they prefer to snuggle, I have cleaned it off him now, but I feel i should have been warned about this as I had no idea I could have been putting them in danger.
Any idea how soon symptoms would show up if it had been ingested?

I would say within 24-48 hours.
