rabbits fur is falling out!

i dont know why i dont think hes ill or anything. but every time i stroke his head a load of fur comes off is anybody elses rabbits malting at the moment.

is it that time of the year again when they shed there coat or something?

Has there been a big temperature change recently where you are? I found that when we had the first cold spell and then it warmed up a bit, my lot moulted a bit.

It is also worth seeing if you can spot any mites in his fur.

My rabbits moulting too. I think they are just moulting to get a thicker winter coat.

Do you have your heating on quite warm? It could be that causing him to moult :wave:

there has been a temperature change, the house has gotten really cold so it might be tht his fur is quite thick already, but not as thick as a rabbit that lives fully outside.

thank u i panicked a bit there cause i thought to the rabbit wiat u molted last week why the hell u doing it again lol.
