Broken Snugglesafe

I brought a new snugglesafe a few weeks ago and its been fine but just been to heat it up and its rattling and has a small hole in where some white stuff is coming out.

I assume it has split and needs replacing.

Yes I would say so - mine imploded last night and I have just bought a new one however mine was about 3 years old. I would take/send it back to where you got it from as it shouldn't be doing it after a week providing you've been heating it in accordance to the guidelines.

That happened to me too so I had to get rid of it.
