Veterinary nail clippers

I was thinking of getting some of these and was wondering if anyone has them.

I've already been through 3 average priced pairs and was hoping these would be better. Or what do people recommend.

Personally I don't like these as you have to put the nail in the hole before cutting and I don't think theyre good for small nails and the dew claws that tend to be close to the paw.

You can get a good pair of cat nail scissors for around £4ish that are far easier to use.

I have a pair like this and actually don't like them much because of the guillotine type opening.

I find that if a rabbit withdraws its foot if it is frightened it can catch because in effect it's surrounded by metal.

I will go off and find online the ones I have now which are the best I've ever used. ...................

I can't find the ones I have on the internet (given to me by a vet nurse) but they are quite like these....

They look the same as the ones I use, except I got mine alot cheaper from Wilkos

They're very similar to the ones I have. Good sharp blades and a blade guard too. Look good.

I have nail clippers like those and don't seem to have any problem with them

I like the look of those. I think mine are getting a bit blunt now. They seem to flinch when I cut nails and they never used to.
