Worming?

Hi guys,

When I took my buns to the vet recently (for check up and VHD jab) the vet mentioned about how important worming is. I've never wormed my previous buns, and wasn't aware that bunnies need worming

Can someone please enlighten me on what is best to do? I don't want to cause any unnecessary stress to my wonderful buns. :?
