Luna Update! Another Piccie Added!

PixieRabbit

Mama Doe
Hi, well she's getting on well, but last night she had a lot of runny poo. It seems today and yesterday she'll have a normalish poo, followed by a runny poo. I'm going to get her in at the vets on Saturday when I have buns in for vaccinations. Hopefully get her vaccinations then too.

Can I have a list of good puppy food for her, she is a GSD as you can see by photo below. There's two more photo's to follow once I figure this out, and a video.

P.S I will not be buying James WellBeloved because they're now bought out by Mars. And as horrible as it has been denying myself things like skittles I refuse to buy from the company, and suggest you do too.

Here she is playing with Daddy. She kept also trying to play with Kevin's mouse too.

if her poo goes runny at the end it can be a sign of over feeding

ETA: I feed pedigree biscuits/mixer with some pedigree/ceaser puppy meat

My sister gave ma all her pedigree food she had when she was looking after a dog for a friend, but I haven't tried it on her. I was going to feed her a lil' today but mostly make sure she has plenty fluids, then try tomorrow morning mixing in a little bit of better food, as the bakers food she came to me on is ****.

 She's gorgeous !!

Sounds like it could be normal puppy excitable tummy, too much or too richer food, but worth checking out anyway x

We feed ours Autarky, is £15 per sack, and they do Puppy/Junior "Spring Years", Young "Summer Years" & Senior "Autumn Years" and not tested on animals but we've also used Burns and Arden Grange :D

Ooo I didn't realise Burns were doing natural rabbit food. That's interesting.

She keeps making noises when she wakes up moves, like a sort of annoyed moan. So I think she has a sore tummy. Does weetabix help at all?

I will mix the pedigree meaty food in with her bakers kibble food when she gets fed.

Yep :D I get it occasionally (can't afford it all the time with 8 rabbit) but tis lovely :D

 I have eight rabbits, and my OH loves me as I've just decided I want my babies back onto SS, and then decided I may as well put the rescue buns on it too..

A strange question:?
Kevin in pic called " daddy" was the boyfriend you split with..I know you stayed friends but have a new boyfriend..isn't it is bit odd for you and Kevin to have taken on a dog together??
and you obviously don't have to answer this..I was just suprised and expected to see new O/H with her:lol:
and although I do not agree with buying a puppy..she is cute

Sorry, in the picture that's Sean, Kevin took the picture as we were in his house. As Kevin fosters rabbits for me, and I'm still not 100% moved out yet. And of course I go visit the bunnies he kept that were ours.

no problem, the rescue I picked up on tuesday has had the runs since and they said it's quite common for dogs in new environments.

Thank you, it's not pretty to pick up though. Makes you wonder how something so cute and cuddly can produce such a thing.

 yesterday pup did it at the base of a tree, I managed to pick some up and then realised I had dragged my lovely furry sleeve through it!!
And I came home from work yesterday to find three huge piles of it on my living room carpet as well.
so gross.

Haha yeah, we've gotten to the point where we take turns in picking it up. She's so lovely though, and well behaved! She normally asks to go outside but she doesnt bark at the door just sits there and we don't always know what shes doing

She is super cute...I bet you cant stop looking at her and touching her!

I think it is quite common for a pup to get the runs a little when in a new home...find the food you want to use and gently wean her over from bakers and stick to it. I think chicken and rice flavour is quite popular and very gentle

Did she have wet food with her breeders? Sometimes if they have never had wet food it can upset their tummies...my mum cant give 1 of her 2 yorkies wet food at all he always gets an upset tummy because they had always been on a dry diet xx

ps - more piccies! LOL
