Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

How long do I keep her in?

Pandora7

Warren Scout
Pandora was spade on Thursday and looks to be recovering well. Her scar seems fine when I checked it today, she is not bothering th wound and due to internal sitches she can not pull anything out.

I brung the run into the house and placed into the kitchen on top of some lino. She is with Leo and they are staying in the run although they have been out and about the house today.
They seem happy enough muching on hay and causing as much mess as they can in the kitchen.

The question is how long is best to keep her inside? The vet said 7 days??

Thanks will put them back out tomarrow after I clean there hutch out.

Will just have to have a bit of fun getting hold of her to give her the pain killer.

Since last night Loe as decided he will not leave Pandora alone.
She is warding him off which is having a slight effect, I was going to put them back out today but am now worried if he will not leave alone in the hutch I will not be there to ward him off.

Any advice ??
