If you complained to a vet, and got nowhere, and then they forwarded it to their insurance company for a decision, and they also said the vet was not in the wrong, would you leave it at that?

I cant see how my old vet's insurance company can be impartial :?

I'd go to the citizens advice bureau personally and see what they said

You could approach the RCVS and ask this and then if they say to pursue it, pursue it through them.

Yeah ring the RCVS, they will tell you whether it is worth making a complaint, you can download the from from the website if you do decide to complain, it isn't too complicated.
