You have probably done this since posting your pictures, however it would definately be advisable to put bolts on your hutches to protect them from preadators. Foxes are well known to sit and twiddle the turn catches on hutches to get at the occupants. Turn catches also get loose and doors can come open very easiliy with the movement within the hutch.
Have you considered putting lino at the bottom of your hutch? This then avoids the need to put wood shavings over the base of it. Shavings can lead to health problems in many small animals. There are many other products including Megazord, carefresh which can be put into litter trays, by only using products like this in a litter tray you will find that this keeps the cost down of products like this.
Sounds like they will love their run which is a great size for them.
