ok this is rebecca as u see from my other pics she is a lion head as was her mum and dad ..none have lop ears at all so why as rebeccas lopped all of a sudden :oops:
 
Animals, like people, can show traits that their parents don't. Some genes are recessive so the parents can carry them without showing, then it comes out in the offspring. Like how two brown haired parents can have a blonde child.

I know a bunny who has one lop ear and one that sticks out almost at right-angle! She's really cute. :love: Apparently her parents were both lop-eared, but one of the grandparents wasn't.

When I first got Rory ( Mini Lop/Dwarf mix ) he had the one ear down, the other shot straight up to the sky!

He looked as if he was picking up a signal!:lol:
