It was only about 3/4 weeks ago that penny had a dental. It was the first one that she has ever had and has had no previouse problems with her teeth. I noticed that she had gone off pellets and hay, and would only eat ceratin foods and her poops were very tiny. I took penny for a check up at the vets and then I had to take her back a couple of days later for a dental under GA.
Now I have noticed that her poops are small again. It`s hard to tell if she is eating hay and pellets because she has since been bonded to another rabbit so it`s hard to tell who is eating what. I`m sure the small poops are coming from penny and not kenny (kenny is penny`s new friend). But anyway, I have made an appointment for both rabbits to see the vet tomorrow. I`m a little worried as it has only been a short time since her last dental.
If it is penny`s teeth again after such a short space of time since her last dental, what would be the best thing to do ? Will she maybe have to have them removed ?????
sorry if this sounds like a strange question to ask, but I have no experience with dental buns, so I`m not sure of what happens in these type of situations.:?
