Foot question?? please please someone put my mind at rest

I was looking at Bobby's feet yesterday and I noticed that she has what appears to be a dent in the fur, she won't let me near her feet anyway, so I can't properly see

Would sore hocks be a dent in the fur?? Or should it be raised :?

ETA I will try and get a pic when I get home

If the fur is rubbed off her feet and she has a sore spot it might look like a dent in the fur. Julie hates to picked up or for me to mess with her feet so I always look when she is laying with her feet stretched out.
