hi i made an oder last night went through check out
but i have had confirmation or in the orders you have made part it says You have not yet made any purchases.

so is this normal as i dont want to phone up and make my self look dumb

it said to only push the button once or ill be charged twice so i did

I'd ring Lisa - she won't mind and she doesn't bite!

She'll know immediately if you made an order as she'll have it on packing list.

She's very helpful and will help you sort things out really quickly.

Ah I had a problem and it didn't process my order because I hadn't entered the postcode with a space in it, so it couldn't calculate the right postage- could be the same thing here? :wave:

what number as on there contact us there is two and i dont really want to phone a mobile from a land line

The one starting 01189 is a landline number, that's a Berkshire dialling code
