Does anybody know if its safe for bunnies to eat ive got tons of it growing in and around my garden

It's a member of the figwort family which suggests it's probably toxic for rabbits. It's also listed as a "rabbit resistant" plant so they probably wouldn't eat it anyway

arrgh.. ive got loads of it! should of known, I never seem to find and bunny friendly plants by mine!

Yes, think the most common is lilac/mauve; also get white ones, pinkey ones and bluey ones.

Oh gawd my neighbour has one it overhangs my fence and all the leaves are shedding into my garden. xx

its fine for buns..bertie loves eating the old dry leaves..the new leaves.....and the branches!! nom nom

I'm sure I read an article in the RWAF mag one year by Twiggs that said it was pretty harmless if eaten by buns so relatively safe to have in the garden. I think most buns wouldn't bother with it to be honest.
