Is this ok to line bedroom area with for winter?

Hi everyone.
Iv been looking to make our huctches nice and warm for the winter.
We are ordering a custom built all over hutch cover but Im looking to insulate the bedroom area.
I was thinking of attaching this to the sides of the bedroom area

And possibly on the bottom aswell. None of our bunnies soil their bedroom area luckily so possibly thinking of puttingsome on the floor aswell, but still adding hay/straw inside for extra warmth.

Looks OK as long as they aren't chewers. I use vinyl tiles to line my hutch.
