Mine has completely turned around in the last week....but it's taken most of the summer:lol:
I find approaching from ground level really helps,I think looming over them scares them.I also found if I've fussed her /stroked her a bit she doesn't mind being picked up ...it's as though she'd worked out what was going to happen so doesn't fight ..she knows there's no problem.

yh mine just hides under a glass table and wen u go near her she runs off..not sure wot to do

Lay on the floor with her for an hour or so, let her come and investigate you and your smells
