Because it's nice and cool on the shiny surface? Mine spend ages laying on the lino in the kitchen when they have perfectly good comfy sofa biscuits to snooze on :roll:
 
I've only been a bunny owner nearly 4 months, and I'm already amazed by the quirky things they do. Mine pushes all the hay and straw to the side and sleeps on bare wood by the window of his hutch. :roll::roll::roll: He only uses the bedroom as a toilet. Colonel Colin is so handsome he doesn't need to explain himself. :love:
 
I would love to know why buns do this. Apache has the run of a carpeted house but likes to sleep over a metal bar which is part of the base of a chair :?
