6x2 hutch with run underneath- less surface area?

Does anyone use these for a pair of bunnys. It has less room than a 6x2x2 double hutch with an attached run. I just realised it is missing a 12sft surface area. Giving a pair of bunnys only 36 square foot space. Is this still okay for a medium pair?

Id think it would be fine, I dont like ramps as it can waste space, i would prefer the hutch attached onto teh side

i was just saying i would prefer something like this
