Bunny Date/Bonding Disclaimer

I'm sure you're all getting bored of my posts but sorry, need to ask.

Someone on here does a disclaimer for bunny bonding and dates to protect herself. Would there be any chance of having a snout at it pretty please (anyone else who maybe uses one of these)? I want to get one done for myself so just want to check I haven't missed anything glaring obvious.

When I had my buns bonded by them I signed a disclaimer stating that any damage to my rabbit woul be my financial responsibility and any damage to their rabbit, would be theirs. Seemed very sensible and reasonable
