Making Progress with Prudence

We had a one eyed bun who had flystrike handed in..poor thing was very aggressive..she had always had a messy bum, due to poor diet so had not been handled apart from once a week having her botty washed

She would box, lunge, bite, scrabble..and shriek

Well she has been here 2 weeks and I have been spending time with her and yesterday she let me stroke her I was actually massaging her ears and she lay her head down for me to continue..
She still has a long way to go but this is what makes the hard work worth it

This is lovely to hear. It's really not surprising she didn't like being handled if all she ever got for it was a wet bum

I bet in another week or two she'll be a totally different bun
