Questions about Ava's size?

This is Ava

She was born in 2008. Would you say she has grown to her maximum now? She is deformed around the back legs, so i'm not sure if that will effect her growth too. She gets around on them fine though and is bonded with Rose and Athena, her mum and sister.

She looks rather small so I would definitely say she is fully grown now
