In a garden centre near me they are selling a 3ft hutch with a sign on it saying rabbit hutch, are they allowed to by law or is this not allowed due to RSPCA minimum hutch sizes? They can't say its for guinea pigs as its got a sign on it saying rabbit hutch. It winds me up every time I see it in there though its so flimsy and rubbish and £60 so hopefully they don't sell any!

The RSPCA guidelines are just that - guidelines.
You can, however, suggest to the store manager that it's not a good size for rabbits, and see if he'll change the sign....
