2 lumps on either side of body

Hi all,
I was just stroking my female rabbit Milly when I noticed she had 2 pea sized lumps on both of her sides half way between her back legs and front legs - she didn't mind me touching them. Are they her nipples or should I be worried?

get check by vet to be safe

Are you 100% certain it's not just the last rib of her ribcage? I scared myself with Ginger thinking he had some sort of tumors, but it turned out it was just that. How skinny is she?
